I guess it is the holidays and colder weather because no one is needing
the connectors, grounds, and hangers.
I will try one more time with different stuff ...but will only bundle it
into a Flat rate Medium box (FULL) ... and weighs in at 13 lbs. In each
box there will be
2 each Weatherproofing kits ( each kit has 6 rolls of silicone rubber
tape, 2 rolls of vinyl tape and one roll of 2" vinyl tape ...so there
will be double these because of the 2 kits.
5 each Andrew C2MN N male clamp connectors for RG8 style coax.
3 each Commscope Rt angle Connectors N male (as I was selling before )
fits LMR-600 with very slight mod. (knock out the teflon tube.
1 each - Hanger strap kits (10 hangers ... not pulls), Stainless steel,
for hanging ( clamping) large coax (1 5/8 to 2 1/4 to the tower.
4 each Andrew cold shrink sleeve kit. fits 3/8 and 1/2 coax/heliax. Like
heat shrink but no heat used. Slip over coax and remove the internal
spiral plastic tube and it shrinks...cool stuff.
This is all I was able to stuff into the box. Selling the boxes this way
to avoid extra work and confusion ... ( And to get rid of some of it).
No substitutions.

Hello all!
I plan/hope to be QRV for the DUBUS ATP, this Saturday (2030Z-2330Z). My lash up seems to be functional again. I experienced a failure, during the November activity period (ARRL), and logged no QSOs.
I hope for a good activity level, and I'll be looking forward to QSOs with both new and old friends!

Friends,
I am seeking to connect with any EME'ers or activity from Romania. A worldwide group UNAWE ( http://www.unawe.org ), brings Universe awareness, science outreach, to young people. The Romanian Chapter wants to do a story, introducing the idea of Moonbounce for their website blog. I am putting something together, and do not know EME'ers there. I seek their input for this piece, and successive blog articles. Any YO EME ops on the reflectors? Get in touch.
Best Regards,

Hello Moonatics!
This will be my last appeal. I won't waste any more bandwidth.
I have 4 M2 2M28XP's for sale. I prefer a local pickup but I could pull all the elements out and essentially disassemble the antenna to the way it was when it was shipped to me. These antennas are destined for my barn where they will hang from the rafters until they get in the way and are scrapped. They are in great condition; never been damaged in any way. They were up for almost 3 years. I am selling them at a reasonable price if I don't have to disassemble them and ship them then I will have to add shipping and packing.
I also have 6 home brew 2.5 wavelength 2 meter K5GW yagis that are free for the taking. In this case I mean they must be a local pickup. Those antennas must be removed from my barn to get the 2M28XPs in. They are destined to become scrap aluminum before Christmas.
I also have various components such as phase matched lines, dividers etc. and, possibly a TE systems 350 watt amplifier with the high duty cycle mods.
Thanks,
Al, K2BLA

Hi all,
In the process of setting up for the new IQ+ to work with Linrad and
Map-65. Realized that in my one year old Quad Core Computer ( and just
checked the specs of what is on the market now), they have pretty much done
away the old PCI standard required by the Delta 44 audio card. I do have
an older P4 ( Windows XP) that has a PCI port and I guess I can run Linrad
on one machine and Map-65 on the other ( once I figure out how to get them
to talk) , but has anyone found an alternative audio card that is compatible
with the new PCIe standard or used a usb based audio card with these
application? I also see that that there are PCIx to PCI converters,
anybody have any luck with those?
As a side note, as a user of Map-65IQ with a down converter and SDR-IQ, if
the FunCube is even closely equivalent , for that price, I would run as fast
as I can and buy one. Using Map-65IQ has opened up a complete new
dimension to my enjoyment of EME. With just a T connector and a coaxial
relay in the shack , I have a simple system where I monitor the band with
Map-65IQ and then switch to my-TS-2000 and WJST to work a station. Also
check out High Sierra Microwave, who offers a 2M 2 pole filter and preamp
specifically for the Funcube.
