Today I received a complaint about this page
http://www.nitehawk.com/rasmit/NLD/eme1105.pdf
or this one

producing pop-ups or worse.
Please contact me DIRECT ( off reflector ) with details what is showing
if possible source, page source code, etc, when loading this page or any other one of my stuff.
If it happening and is it happening each time you click the URL in your

Hi all,
I am looking for a noise source HP346B or something that can replace it with ( I do not need the 18GHz )
The e-bay is a bit seep so any other suggestions are welcome.
There is no need for a NIST traceable items...
I have learned that some Hams have done home brew ones with good results.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Aloha to all:
MMM VHF please insert these into your website.
My wife and I have projects again this summer. I will be QRV again at the following locations:
Belize - V31JA EK57 - 3rd July thru 20th July QRV 144.141 +/- EME, 2nd sequence, No QRV 6th, 7th and 8th July as we will be R&R in Cuba. 1kW 17 element long Yagi.
Old Kapa'a town, Kaua'i, HI - W7EME/KH6 BL02 - 31st July thru 9th August QRV 144.141 +/- EME, 2nd Sequence. 1kW x2 17element long Yagis.
Bolivia - CP1xx San Pablo (waiting for callsign from BRC application and permit for QRO - will supply details and locator when available) - 20th September thru 29th September QRV 144.141 +/- EME. 2nd Sequence. Applied for 1kW and 17 element long Yagi.

As usual things take longer than planned.
144-EME:
I have the 2m TR-relay/LNA panel removed from the tower with
modifications nearly complete. Re-design removed a coax jumper in
the 2m RF path and rearranged components to allow installation (by
simple bolt-in and connection of wiring of a 60w 1296
amplifier*). Examination and testing of each yagi and phasing
harness has discovered an impedance issue (showing Z = 79 +j0 in the
Vpol array which will be further explored, today). I suspect cabling
as antennas individually test good.
I ran into a problem as I am unable to re-tune the antennas as the
aluminum shorting blocks on the M2-XP20 T-matches are all frozen
in-place (steel nuts nets seized to the aluminum). Since individual
antenna tuning looks nominal it is not worth trying to break loose
the set nuts (may eventually require full replacement of driven
element assy). Worse case match is 1.2, so far (two more Hpol yagi to test).
*Note this amp will be used on 1296-eme until I have one of the 150w
modules ready for installation. Eventually, a 30w amp kit will be
built as driver for the 300w W6PQL amp. I will defer upgrade of my
900-MHz loop-yagi and amplifier to concentrate on the 2m-eme
array. I will be lowering the array later this summer when I install
the 1296 60w amp for use with my loop-yagi.
432-EME:
QRV with 85w at the feed of 4.9m dish. I have a new WA2ODO LNA to
replace the mgf-1402 432 preamp.
1296-EME:
Ready for sun-noise testing and re-installation of KJ6KO 60w amp
after I do a bench test of it (back from repair). I should be ready
to try some echo tests after the weekend. One cross-brace that I
want installed before rotation of the dish (est. 4-hours work).
50-EME:
Under Construction: KLM-7LB antenna will be modified to a 6-element
yagi (special K6MYC design) showing 13-dBi gain. Most components
in-hand to begin construction/installation of the 50v PS and Harris
Platinum Amp. I will prioritize the antenna/feedline installation.

Hello All,
Al, K2UYH sent me a corrected version of the June 2011 Newsletter.

I had a note here but decided to keep it for myself except for
this:
Lets make sure that Al Katz knows how we appreciate his work even after
39 years.
