I was only joking about the endless CW bla bla from mister CW for years and
years and it is getting somewhat boring.
Hope the "old man' will see that there are more ways to join our fine hobby
in the end!

I don't think we have that situation in amateur radio EME do we ? , after
all it's a operator technical challenge no matter what band / mode we use.
Look at the attendee photos at EME conferences like Cambridge and Venice.
What % of attendees would you consider 'new blood' / less that 50 years
old and able to carry EME forward after us 'old farts' have gone to the
big EME moon in the sky.
That should be our collective EME challenge
